Michelle’s background is in biotechnology and computational biology. Her passion is developing non-invasive diagnostic tools that solve healthcare problems in diverse communities. Michelle is also a science communicator and has presented at and judged international science events. Additionally, she is the Founder and Chief Cosmetic Scientist of a sustainable vegan cosmetic brand.

Jean-Mari is passionate about using genomics in personalised medicine in African populations. She has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutics and medical regulatory industries.
